Our Story
"Living the Dream House" began in 2010 as a small home improvement blog, detailing the "before and after" journey of remodeling a 1979er home in the Muirfield Village neighborhood of Dublin, Ohio. After many years of sifting the gravel from the grit, we found our way into renovating several more properties in Ohio and California. In 2019, Living the Dream House, LLC was launched as a proper real estate holding, design consulting, and project management company in the State of Ohio.
What began as an unintentional side hustle in flipping homes has become a growing empire of real estate investments. Living the Dream House has grown by 6 properties in less than 2 years. We want to share our knowledge to help other homeowners navigate the endless possibilities of buying and selling properties. Ultimately, we intend to remain small and true to our values of quality over quantity while refining our creative acumen in a highly competitive marketplace.

Our Company
Living the Dream House (LTD House) is a bi-coastal boutique real estate investment company with portfolio properties in the German Village and Schumacher Place neighborhoods of downtown Columbus, Ohio, in New Albany, Ohio, and with vacation rentals in Naples, Florida and Santa Barbara, California. We have previously invested in and remodeled properties in Powell, Ohio, in the Dublin, Ohio neighborhood of Muirfield Village, and in the Los Angeles South Bay area of Hermosa Beach, California. In addition, we have consulted on design and renovations in Orange County and Central Coast, California.
